The Very Best of Florence in a Day. David, Uffizi and a Walking Tour of the city centre
A tour to get familiar with Florence and visit the most famous museums. All this in a day!

A seven-hour tour especially for those who have only one day to spend in Florence or are visiting Florence for the first time, to discover its history and mood.
I will lead you through the historical old city centre, focusing on its famous palaces, on its religious centre (the area around the Duomo), and on its political centre, Signoria Square, one of my favourite places in the city. Ponte Vecchio will be one of our unequivocal stops!
After these preliminaries, we will be ready for Michelangelo’s David, the astounding Renaissance masterpiece. Emblem of the rediscovery of man, Michelangelo amazes us with his sculpting techniques and ability.

After a short lunch break we will than continue visiting The Uffizi. It is one of the most famous museums in the entire world. It houses works such as the Birth of Venus by Botticelli, the Annunciation by Leonardo da Vinci, and the Doni Tondo by Michelangelo, all works that amaze us and take us back to to the glorious years of Florence’s Renaissance.
