The list of prestigious artists more than merits a visit to the Palatine Gallery, whose room are themselves art works because they were lavishly decorated with frescoes and stuccoes by the most illustrious artists working for the court of the Medici between the 1500s and 1600s. All in all a visually lavish look at Florence’s Baroque period.
